How We Work

We don't bring a playbook.
We build the right one.

Every business faces a different set of objectives, resources, and competitive realities. We start by understanding the challenge — then assemble the right strategy, team, and partners around it, and lead it through to results.

Whatever the challenge requires. Nothing it doesn't.

Case Study

From zero to category leader.

Buzzn started with an opportunity and a blank sheet of paper. We built the brand from the ground up — naming, positioning, identity, and packaging — then launched it through an integrated marketing ecosystem spanning every relevant consumer touchpoint, from CGI and social to retail and partnerships.

The Consultant

Building brands that build businesses.

John Gregory, Founder of Snipe Hill Consulting
John Gregory
Founder, Snipe Hill Consulting

John has spent more than 20 years building brands, teams, and marketing organizations across advertising, sports, consumer products, and retail — from Madison Avenue agencies Y&R and DDB, to leading the Titleist Golf and Carnival Cruise Line businesses at Arnold Worldwide, to New Balance and Warrior Sports.

Most recently, he spent seven years helping build Lume from an emerging startup into a vertically integrated business generating hundreds of millions in annual revenue as CMO — spanning retail, acquisition, product strategy, creative, media, and organizational design.

He believes the best marketing organizations aren't the biggest or the most complicated. They're built with intent.

The right answer is different every time.

That's the point.
